1. What's the approximate time to receive my order in the mail ? 

You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Account once you've placed your order.  

 

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product's detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. 

 

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

    2. I don't have a Credit Card, how can I place an order ? 

You can use Credit Card, Debit Card or pay directly from your Checking Account.

      3. What currency is being used on this website ? 

All Prices are listed in US Dollar 

      4. My Credit Card is from a country other than USA, how would you charge me for my purchases ? 

Usually when you buy with a non-US Credit Card, the funds get automatically converted into US funds.

      5. I’ve tried to purchase on your website but my Credit Card got declined, what seems to be the problem ? 

Please pay close attention to the (Billing Address) as it has to be identical to what shows on your statement.

   6. Are these products for Men or Women ? 

These products are shared among men, women, chidlren and pets 

     7.  Do I have to ask my doctor before using any of these products ?
